Alpha is a great way to find out more about what it means to be a Christian, in a friendly group setting. The course typically runs for 10 weeks, each session includes a short talk (which may be on a video/DVD or may be ‘live’) followed by a group discussion, where no question is out of bounds!
Click the logo on the right for more info.
There is no charge for the Alpha course although there will be the opportunity to make voluntary contributions towards the costs of running the course.
You don’t have to commit to the whole course up front – come to the first session and see how it goes!
Please contact Richard for details of the next course at St. Margaret’s Church, or click the Alpha logo to find out about other courses in your area.
Interested in knowing more about the Christian Faith? This informal and friendly discussion group runs for 5 weeks, covering questions/topics such as:
- Is anyone there?
- If I could ask God one question…
- Do I have to go to church?
- How much are you worth?
- If I could turn the clock back…
Please contact Richard for details of the next course.
Discipleship Explored is ideal for anyone who has done an introductory course like Alpha or Start, or has recently become a Christian – or has been a Christian for a while! It is an informal 8-week course looking at Paul’s letter to the Philippians, and explores how being a Christian makes a difference in the day to day of life.
Please contact our assistant minister Steve Davies at email@example.com for details on the next course.
